An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This review was long overdue and I apologize that I did not have time to leave it earlier. Yuri did this inspection for me in August 2013. We opted for the Premium inspection with IR thermal imaging that gave us much more in-depth inspection of the house. We spent close to 5 hours with Yuri and received a very detail report that was full of helpful tips, digital and infrared pictures. Yuri is very knowledgeable and experienced home inspector and we felt that it was money well spent. We were able to contact Yuri also after the closing with the questions that we had and he was very helpful again. We highly recommend Yuri's services to anyone who is looking for a professional and thorough home inspector.
