I called the company and they sent a plumber, George, out the same day. George first assessed the problem, tried the less expensive options, and only then used a snake to clear out the clog. He was friendly, polite and clearly knew what he was doing. He cleaned up the work area when he was done and took care not to damage anything. I will absolutely be calling Hurst for my plumbing needs and I will also recommend them to my friends.
