Tasco is great at selling but I've spent hours on the phone trying to arrange delivery. I have a cheque in hand and am willing to mail it but they need it in hand before or upon delivery of the equipment. The problem is I have the cheque but I'm not at the location it is being delivered to. I work for a large corporation...this is not a residential purchase. I've spent hours on the phone while they purposely ignore me and leave me on hold. The store manager Val said she was too busy to speak with me. My purchase is worth $10,000. They even offered to let me cancel the purchase rather than resolve my problem. Can you believe it? Worst service I've experienced yet. Who tells their customers to go away and cancel their order rather than even trying to fix their problem.
