We asked Craig for help with two projects in a tenanted building including a large ceiling replacement and a toilet replacement and drywall job involving mold. He has been excellent! Great communication, prompt and accountable to his committments and reasonably priced for the work. He itemizes extras that come up and didn't charge more for a fes more pieces of work. His crew were nice guys. He was respectful with our tenants and accommodated their timing. Overall a fabulous contractor experience, and we've dealt with many over the years. Thanks!

We were so very impressed with Tim from Premier Inspections. We asked to have a boat-in vacation property inspection done in a community where we don't live. His communication was clear and pleasant, arrangements to get to the property went smoothly. Most helpfully, he was thorough in his approach and was open to an on-site video conversation to show us some of the deficiencies. Tim's professionalism and skill set seemed perfect for the task at hand. We would definitely use his services again, and recommend him highly.

Our house move went smoothly. Nothing broken or lost. I left a jacket in the truck which was delivered to the new home in a few days. The only complaint is that they were 1.5 hrs late starting, but the communication around this was good. Recommended!
