I use HomeStars a lot to search out reputable trade work for our new home. I was sure that I would find someone capable of installing new carpet on our basement stairs. After contacting 4 other top-listed carpet installers on HomeStars, Mark @ Vitorious was only trade to come out to the house and physically quote. The other 3 top rated companies resisted coming out due to the small size of the job . . . but I guess that's why Victorious has such outstanding reviews! Mark and his team at Victorious were exceptionally outstanding to say the least. Communication through e-mail and phone, follow-up phone calls, sales skills, friendliness throughout the sale, knowledge of product, fairness, professional and cleanliness, were all amazing talents that Mark and his team exude. We even received a hand-written thank you letter in the mail afterwards!!! A small personal touch, I'd never expect. We hired Rob based on the outstanding reviews from HomeStars and was not disappointed. At first I was a little shocked by his youth but he is very skilled and well-versed in his craft. Rob's prices are very competitive and he finished the job as promised. Our only gripe, and it's very small, is that he would have picked up some of the leftover materials afterwards. Overall we're extremely happy Rob was a part of our DIY adventure and would definately recommend him to our friends and family. Great job Rob!

We hired Stonehouse Property Care to take care of our large garden over the course of the summer months. We've hired a few contractors in the past but were never 100% pleased with their work and scheduling. Although Stonehouse Property Care is a fairly new venture, we needed a change and were extremely pleased with the outcome. Andrew was very friendly and offered a lot of suggestions on how to improve our lawn/garden. More importantly, he showed up on time as scheduled and cleaned up all the debris afterwards leaving our lawn immaculate. We couldn't be happier with his services. We needed to move the main gas line in order to begin finishing our basement. I did a lot of research on HomeStars and other sites calling many contractors trying to find the right one. Only 2 out of the 6 contractors called me back same day, Mark @ G-Force was one of them. Mark is very friendly, reliable, and communicative. I was very surprised to see that he cleaned up after his work and laid drop cloth throughout the house to protect our floors. It's all in the little things. Mark was also very efficient and fast, he was in and out of the house before I knew it. I am recommending G-Force to all my family and friends. Great job Mark!
