I bought my first house in May and wanted the interior to be harmonious from paint colours, wallpapers to drapes and furniture, etc. I chose Nanette on Homestars because of her rating and she didn't disappoint. I am VERY PLEASED with the result! I wanted my place to be traditional yet stylist and Nanette delivered!!! Her trade people were great!! Melena Gibner was wonderful. She painted my whole house, put up wallpaper in my bedroom and redesign the fireplace. Things I thought could not be done, she did it (and on time too)! Barry, the electrician who works with Melena is great too! The only exception is Doug Reid, who put up the drapes for me. For $200, he put up front window and back door drapes. The back door drapes felt a few weeks after. He came back to fix it but it still didn't work because of bad initial installation. Nanette promptly contacted him for me but his his answer was there was nothing he can do and he was out of town without giving anytime frame when he was going to be back. Needless to say I was disappointed and had to fixed the drapes myself (he never contacted me again to fix it). I don't think how Doug carries his business is Nanette's fault. She was professional and helpful the whole time. I just wanted other consumers like me to be aware for your future references. I would definitely appreciate other consumers' helpful reviews also. I would totally recommend Nanette (already did to a few friends). You won't be disappointed with her professionalism, punctuality, and the eyes to pick out wonderful choices for your beautiful home!!!
