I was right-sizing from a 5 bedroom house I'd lived in for 23 years into a semi back split. I needed time to undergoe the purge process myself, so Trigger started by giving me valuable advice and ideas as to what works and doesn't work. She was open to helping as much or as little as I needed by coaching me from a distance for several months, respecting the time I needed to go at my own pace. When the time came to do actual organizing, and clearing - whether inside or outside she was available, supportive, efficient, dependable and professional. What I appreciate the most is the sensitivity and compassion with which Trigger approaches her work.
