An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I really liked working with Windows by Installer. The installers were great. There is one small task left, but it's hardly noticeable. The two windows will be replaced once they come in. The project went very well from start to finish. I noticed the temperature difference right away. They even mailed me the paper work to receive my tax credit. They were very familiar with the proper codes and procedures in the area. I was very impressed with their services overall.
