A simple install took 3 days. The first tech wrongly wired it causing the furnace to blow a fuse. He then installed a faulty transformer. He said everything was good to go, but the humidifier was not working. They sent another tech who fixed the problem the way it should have been the first time. Unfortunately after he left the condenser pump started leaking, he came back but was told by his manager that he had to go to another job leaving me high and dry with the condenser pump running and overheating.
I had already left 2 messages for a
manager to call me back and never got a call back.
I scheduled a return of the tech, the next day a 9am but he never showed.
when I called the office i was told he had not been authorized by the owner Roberto, to come out, no appologies to me, no returns of my calls.
I was so upset and angry, i insisted that the owner contact me ,again no calls back.
Eventually the tech was dispatched and he was very professional and took the time to fix the job as he could have done the day before.
3 days to fix a simple job and 3 days of stress and anxiety for me not too mention lossed wages for 3 days
I have written a letter to the president of Bosco
They say 100% satisfaction or you don't pay.
They're slogan is How can we put a smile on your face to-day"
Well I am still not smiling, and it is going to take more than empty promises to make me smile again or use their service again.
