Delta did a great job 8 years ago when they installed my furnace. So when it stopped working on Saturday they were the first place I called. They arrived on time, less than an hour from when we spoke and he quickly went to work diagnosing my problem. Unfortunately, it needed a new control board so the technician wasn’t able to fix it that day, but promised the part would be ordered on Monday. He also confirmed that I had another source of heat and offered to provide space heaters if necessary. When I called on Monday they were working through warranty issues with the manufacture, but Sean called me regularly to update me on the progress and was persistent with the manufacture that I was still eligible. I got the good news on Tuesday that the warranty was valid and the part was ordered immediately. The new part was in the next day and they were out as quick as they could to swap it out. I was most impressed with how they scheduled the service technicians around my schedule to accommodate some commitments I had that day. I think a less committed company would have given up or would most certainly have taken much longer. Without their commitment I think I’d still be sitting in my cold house. It’s nice to see a company still focus on the customer and do everything they can to make the situation better. They will continue to be my first call for any heating or cooling needs!
