I had a furnace replaced after getting a fall tune-up done and discovered some major issues. They were able to schedule in the replacement for the next business day. Everyone was very professional. They described the process and how it would work very well. They were also on-time for everything and finished ahead of schedule. I had little to no wait time on the phone calls as well. Left the place very clean. Would use them again.

My rental property needed the shingles replaced and I contacted Done Right Roofing. The experience was excellent all the way through. From the initial phone call they recommended getting multiple quotes and advised on some good questions to ask the other companies. I met them at the property and there was a very knowledgeable and personable service representative who advised me on the process and what would be done. They even advised against shingling the detached garage as it did not need it. On the day of shingling, they showed up with a number of guys and had the entire roof done in by lunch time and did a great job cleaning up around the outside. I did have one hiccup, where I had scheduled a date where I knew I would be available to come see or answer questions if there was a problem. They were ahead of schedule on the other jobs and went ahead and completed mine at an earlier date when I wasn't available. Would have liked a heads up, but it all went smooth anyways. Overall the highlights from dealing with them: - Very thorough in their communication - Excellent representation from the phone call person to the on-site sales rep - Price seemed fair - Seemed thorough in their product (shingles and replaced other items on the roof) I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.
