The WVI system was in place when we bought our home. They attended and re-activated it for us, including some minor repairs. It has since saved us enormous time vs. hand-watering the many beds, baskets, etc. in addition to our lawns. WVI have been very responsive & technically competent in attending to assist us with minor issues, including programming the control box to meet legalities and our watering needs. We are fully satisfied with the service received.

Our townhome strata dealt with Express Home Repair on a number of jobs over the last several years, with very good results. Thus when we purchased a new home requiring extensive repairs and upgrading, including a complete new master bathroom, they were our first choice. They completely demolished the old outdated room, painted the walls, installed contemporary tiling for a walk-in shower and flooring. They installed a new thermostatic shower controller, new standalone tub and faucet, new double sink and vanity and new mirror/medicine cabinets. The work was done to a very high standard, and in good time. Their crew were very cordial and professional, getting along very well with other contractors working on site simultaneously. We would recommend their work to anyone looking for quality home repairs and renovations.

Several years ago our strata hired Utopia Painting (Leonard McCannon) to paint the exterior of the two large and very high duplex buildings. Leonard did an excellent job at a fair price, notably exceeding the quality of the job done a few years earlier by another company. One of our strata neighbours immediately hired him to paint the interior of their unit. Therefore when we recently purchased a large five-bedroom home requiring extensive painting, Leonard was our first and only choice. The home combines an original 1950's house and several subsequent renovations. It has a complex, rambling floor plan and was left in very rough condition by the previous owners. Indicating that he "likes a challenge", Leonard took on the task of painting all interior walls and ceilings. As the job progressed, he readily accepted additional requests including the painting of closets, trim and some fixtures. Leonard was meticulous in preparing and repairing all of the surfaces, notably restoring extensive wainscotting in the large living room to attractive condition. He also worked very cooperatively and effectively with other contractors on site who were completely replacing the main bathroom, furnace and hot water system, installing new carpet and a full alarm system. At the conclusion of the work, we were charged a very fair price for this major job. Leonard epitomizes quality workmanship and a "can do" attitude. We anticipate hiring him again to paint the home's exterior when weather permits, and highly recommend Utopia and Leonard to anyone requiring quality painting services

We hired 1-800-Got Junk to remove a full truckload of debris from our newly renovated home (carpet, underlay, scrap lumber and metal, broken concrete chunks and miscellaneous rubbish). The crew arrived right on time with a clean and suitable truck; their uniforms were clean (not an easy feat in their business) and they were eager to get to work. They viewed the waiting material, explained their pricing and provided an estimate. They proceeded to completely fill their truck, making an immediate significant improvement in the look of our property. The service is not cheap, but neither is the quality of their service. We were very pleased with the job.
