I had the leakage in the basement and the Plumber came in and fixed it, The Charges were high but the service was good, the work could have be done in 1 hour but the guy took around 3 hours and 15 minutes but he charged me for 4 hours.

Our technicians determine the price of a job by using our menu pricing system. Once the customer has approved the price and given us the go ahead, whether the job takes one hour or four hours, the price remains the same. Our technicians are trained to take their time and ensure the work is carried out correctly.

Beware@! Guy Named Arnold, gave us an estimate of $14K work to be completed in 2 weeks, (Work was to complete Waffle Ceiling and Moulding in a brand new house, But he took 3 months ripped off all the ceiling of our house and left the work in between, Took half of the money upfront then the rest again telling he had to pay his contractors and bring more material. They stopped responding.
