Called them and Slavik came to view the roof for the damages and indicated to me what needed to be done and at what costs. The costs were very reasonable to what other price I had received. The repairs were done in such a way that they blend perfectly into the existing roof. Slavik also suggested to eTransfer payment directly from my bank to his, which made this convenient for me. I posted the photos from the damaged roof through the job and the last pic is the finished job.

I had Gentry install my roof 5 years ago and was satisfied with the service. A recent wind tore off a shingle, I have been trying to get in touch with them to repair the damages as the shingles are under warranty. Their follow up service is lack lustre at best. Numerous emails and voicemail messages have gone un-answered. On this basis, I would not recommend them.
