I can't believe how amazing Slava and his crew are. I've used him several times in the past for scoping, as well as a big waterproofing job. Recently I needed some rough in plumbing done for a basement bathroom. As usual, Slava came right away to quote, gave me a quote on the spot which my contractor was very impressed by, and was able to get the job done within a couple of days. I couldn't be home when he did the work, and it was such a pleasure to come home to. The drain locations were exactly where we needed them, the new concrete was perfect, and the job site was immaculate after they were done. I will always use Slava, and anyone who has ever used him will definitely agree!

Ken and his crew are absolutely fantastic - I couldn't be more pleased. He gave me a very reasonable quote right away, and was so responsive that he even provided references while he was on vacation. His work was outstanding. Every contractor that came through the house commented on how good the drywall work was. He is also so skilled with plaster work that he was able to save me a lot of money by fixing up old plaster rather than use new drywall in some cases. One of his patched walls over old brick was so smooth that I didn't even want to paint it. He went above and beyond, and was always available if I needed him in a hurry. Besides the beautiful work, he is professional, fast, reliable, responsive, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him, and would gladly use him again.

10/10 doesn't do this company justice. Tyler and his crew are outstanding in every way. I interviewed several GC's and Tyler gave me the most detailed quote in the shortest time. His price is very fair and competitive, and unlike any other quote I got, it was accurate. He did a huge project for me, and I was shocked that he was exactly on time and on budget, considering that the scope of the project kept changing. He is honest, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, creative, hard-working, does beautiful and meticulous work, and wants to make the client happy. The crew were very respectful to all of my neighbours, and in fact, a couple of neighbours want to hire them too! He and is crew are easy and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond, and I couldn't imagine doing a project without them. Thank you Tyler and BGC for everything. Anyone would be lucky to hire them.

This is my second time using Krolicki and his crew. They are outstanding in every way. They are responsive, gave the best quote, came when they said they would, made themselves available when I needed them on short notice, and did an amazing, beautiful job. All of my other trades loved their work. They are knowledgeable, honest, fun and easy to deal with. I would gladly use them again.
