I met Gancy 2 years ago, shortly after moving to Toronto from the suburbs. To say that he is reliable, professional, knowledgeable and (most of all) honest and trustworthy, is not saying enough about him as both an individual and business man. In the 2 years we have lived here, Gancy has been out 4 times total; spring/summer for insects and fall/early winter for rodents. I am thorough in my search for any type of work to be done around the house, but once I find the right person, and if they are what they advertise, I am extremely loyal. Gancy lived up to his word and more! Prior to hiring Gancy I compared at least 2 other pest control businesses, in depth. In both cases the estimate was considerably higher. Cost, however, is not the reason for hiring Gancy. His knowledge, explanation of treatment plan and outcome are what led me to hire him. His ability to deliver on his promise is the reason that I will continue to do so. Most recently I messaged Gancy about a woodpecker on my stucco. As is his practice he responded quickly with advice. Given the location and our inability to reach the area, without hesitation Gancy offered to come out the very next day, inspect and perform any preventative solution to the problem! To his credit, Gancy is prompt and patient. I have messaged him on multiple occasions for even the most minor insect issue and every time his response is immediate, thorough and honest. He never appears bothered by all my questions and always helps if he can. You can’t put a price on that kind of customer service! Give Gancy a chance, he will not disappoint!!!

Jay and his coworker arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and very professional, did the job they came to do not only quickly but most importantly an excellent job! I would not hesitate to use them again but highly recommend this company.

Nov/14 I paid to have exterior roof lights and garland installed. After having this done at my previous home for 4 years prior, by another company, I switched when we moved. What was advertised and what I received were entirely different. I immediately contacted "Lynn" by text and she assured that it would be corrected. Never happened. I actually pleaded with her to come and remove as I was not even turning the lights on and the garland around my front door was an embarrassment to me. Again promises but nothing. I have pages of correspondence with this woman, both email and text, and as of today May 4th lights are still up, even though the service I paid for was to set up and take down. Her website, cell # and business # are no longer available. I just read another review on here by someone else with the exact same experience with this woman, in terms of the finished product appearance. My guess is that "Lynn" will open up under another name for the coming Holiday Season 2015. If anyone else has had this experience please reach me through homestarts. People like this take advantage of too many others. She was based in Oakville at the time I contacted her, or at least that's what her website advertised.
