My sump pump pipe connection came apart in the basement and sprayed soapy water everywhere. At the same time, soapy water came up my floor drain. The Dell employee asked me questions about ground water, (have no issues) installed a backup valve, charged over $200 & left. The next day, my floor drain backed up again. Called Dell back to give them a chance to do it properly this time, so they guy tells me he's driving and would call me back in an hour. He did not call. Found out from a competent plumber a few days later, that my actual problem was that my sewer was clogged and my sump pump & washer are connected to the floor drain. So, had to pay twice. Save yourself the time & money & call someone else.
