Raja & his brother Mo were the contractors we had do the framing and prep work for our Kitchen reno with Sky Kitchens. Raja always took his time to go over what needed to be done and answered all my questions and concerns. He would provide multiple options and wouldn't nickel & dime over the small items necessary. Job included: - preparing walls for cabinets and tile - Cutting & framing for oven insert into wall - Framing for stone fire place - Some plumbing - Some appliance installs Raja was always on time, and would communicate well prior, during and after the job was done. This was a big plus, since our Electrical and Granite companies with Sky Kitchens were the complete opposite. Overall Raja and Mo were a pleasant experience and I would recommend them.

April Update: Called and emailed about an issue we were having 1.5 months after install and been getting the run around from the lady on the phone and no response by email. The issue was the kitchen window is not level, which after the cabinets were installed this was visually very apparent. Wanted to get someone from Gem to have a look at it and was even willing to pay to have it fixed (if it could be). Yet no call back when promised one over the phone. Customer service is apparently not their business and therefore my future business will be going somewhere else. Not impressed. February Review: All the windows installed look great and match the paint on the colour of my house. Workers laid down mats to protect the floors and cleaned up after. Also, was promised the windows would be installed prior to our kitchen cabinets going in, and they met that promise. I'll be using them again for a double door install in the future.

Was in a pinch to get my panel replaced before the Kitchen reno was completed. Called Jeff and he was at my house the next day. Had all the necessary permits and paper work, and really went out of his way to explain everything to me. The new panel looks great, and all the wires are very clean going into it. His quote was a bit more then others, yet he gets things done right the first time, takes his time and cares about what he is doing. I will definitely recommend Jeff to others.

Bought a 60 year old home this fall, with a 17 year old furnace, A/C and Hot Water Heater. Had all replaced on the same day and the 2 guys worked 12 hours to get the job done. I was very impressed with their work ethic.

Have a 60 year old house and had the hallway floor and kitchen matched to the original hard wood oak flooring then had all the floors refinished and stained darker (Antique Brown). Looks great, the match is seamless and the original red colour is now gone. They worked Saturday and Sunday to meet the deadline, which really impressed me.
