An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We put in a service call to Sam to come and repair our washer. He was prompt, clean and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem easily and quickly. His estimate was very reasonable. He had already determined the possible problem on the phone and brought the necessary parts. The washer was repaired quickly and now works as good as new. We were very pleased and would heartily recommend Sam to our friends and family. Should we need another repair to another appliance we will certainly call him. We rate him 10 out of 10. Excellent service!
