Kingshore installed 2 new windows in our older home and we are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and crank mechanisms. Proper care with measurements and color matching the flashing during estimation. Installation was on-time, on-budget and courteous.
Granite kitchen countertops, look elsewhere
We never got our kitchen countertop project off the ground with Emporium. I arranged in good faith to have their estimator take proper measurements of our kitchen and give us a price on the entire project. When the estimator arrived, he was in such a rush I have to wonder whether all the measurements were accurate. Further he demanded a 50% deposit on the spot, even though he still had major questions unanswered (type of sink, slab joint). Paying to start a job without an understanding of the total cost is completely unacceptable. The man would not take no for an answer, so I ended up offering to pay their site fee for the pleasure of measuring my existing counter ($125). The visit ended with his angry insults as he walked out my door without the full deposit he was looking for. What an experience!
