This company installed a water heater in my house without my permission, and then tried to get me to pay $500 for them to remove it. The water heater was installed based on direction from my tenant, and I was never informed or contacted. I found out when I received a bill because the tenant did not pay.
I contacted John from Airone (Durham Region). He promised 10 years warranty on my furnace, so I purchased it from him. Now 1 year later I have had 3 incidents where the furnace wouldn't turn on. I called Aireone to send a technician, and no one ever showed up. I had to call a different company to come and fix my furnace. I got a good deal on the furnace, but I guess the deal was good because they weren't honest about the warranty.
