The crew from Ottawa Windows and Doors was excellent. Mark gave us a quote in the showroom and then came out to the house to do some measuring and discuss the project in more detail. When it came time for the work, we had a plumber, a mason, and 2 installers at the house. Everyone was professional, tidy and took pride in the job they were doing. The big part of our project was a brick cut down in the kitchen to change 3 windows into a new sliding patio door. Besides that, we had a bedroom window, a kitchen window, and an existing sliding patio door replaced. We are very happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend them to others.

We wanted to update our 80's wood burning fireplace and convert it to gas. Robin was very helpful. He came to our house and explained the many options to choose from and corresponding price points to keep us on budget. When it came time for the work to be done, the team was very punctual, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. On the first day we changed our minds about the size of the gas fireplace we wanted. Robin was very accommodating, got us the bigger unit right away, no hassle. The work took two days. On the first day the old firebox was taken out, the gas line set up, gas fireplace installed, and new drywall done. On the second day the tile and stone panels were installed. Our custom mantel was delivered a week later. We love the new fireplace. We have had it on every night since getting it. Robin and the team from Fireplace West did a great job.

We moved into an 80's home with no overhead lights in any of the bedrooms and only one plug in the basement. Bryan came and gave us a reasonable quote to put overhead lighting in 3 bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the master, as well as adding some outlets in the basement and running some network cable for the home office. The work was done shortly after. The team that did the work was very professional and neat. We are so happy we got this done and we are very pleased with the job that Ring Electric did.
