Repainting a dated condo, general repair and other details
I am a property manager and I contract Top to Bottom to conduct general repair, major repair, repaint, hardwood floor repair for my managed properties. I found them reliable in their work, on time in their delivery , particularly in a clean and professional manner. Their most recent job for me is for a 2500 sq.ft. condo in downtown that needs a lot of work including repainting, cleaning, miscellaneous repairs, ceiling touch up and other inspection. The delivery was in atimely manner and very professional.
