I was deployed in Afghanistan and wanted a spa ready for me when I got home from my deployment. I did my homework and found one that suited my needs. I was able to deal with Chris at the Ogilvie Mermaid location, and had an excellent experience discussing the details with him and the delivery team. I purchased the spa on a risk of never actually seeing it other then pictures online. Everything was completed professionally, delivered on time and put in place when planned. It was an excellent experience with them and I recommend Mermaid for spa needs. The spa quality and any after-sales advice I've needed were also excellent.
