John’s team removed a structural wall and a partial wall in my home this past spring. It was tricky because I was keeping the maple floors. They also had to rebuild a partial wall with proper exhaust and install 2 very large steel beams. The structural piece was led by Deron. He was precise and confident and I really felt confident with his approach. He did not skip a corner and built 4 supporting walls, was professional and communicated his approach. It was a big job. Dean is the project manager and he is excellent. Proactive and responsive and professional. Months after they had left I had an issue with exhaust work unrelated and called him. He came by that day and found someone to help me. I would hire them again in a blink. I’ve had a lot of experience with contractors and I really feel that McLellan contractors are honest and really passionate about the work and customer service. Thanks guys! Excellent work.
