Owner Todd and his crew (led by Kevin) are all great guys and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. By far the best painters I've had, I can't ask for anything more. Todd was very open and helpful in quoting and discussing options when we discussed painting the exterior of our 1960's brick bungalow. We were originally going to hire a well known competitor, but after meeting and discussing at length with Todd, as well as receiving 2 independent glowing recommendations from neighbours, the choice was obvious for us. The work was meticulous and our many on the fly requests were accommodated. Pricing wasn't rock bottom (less than some, but more than others), but excellent value for money considering the quality of work done and overall experience.

Tom's a very knowledgeable, versatile guy. He's helped out with various projects at my house over the past year, including gas pool heater servicing, followed by installation of a new unit when the old one died. Also did pot lights under our deck, and I'll get his help with any future gas or electrical issues in the future. He's honest and practical; prices are reasonable, especially for such trustworthy service. Always willing to talk and super friendly, despite being very busy.

Decent selection of (mostly) natural stone tiles, ranging from traditional to sleek modern European/Italian styles. Mara was great to work with, she did her best to help us, and was always honest. She also was negotiable and quite reasonable when it came to pricing. We were able to have her ship over the apparently scarce 2" hexagonal marble mosaic from their Hamilton location, the floor turned out beautifully, and all at a better than expected price (1/3 what they were charging at CIOT). Combined with prompt service from the guys in the warehouse (check out the adjacent garage housing an incredible selection of vintage and supercars), I'd highly recommend a visit. It gets busy on weekends, but lots of time to browse and chat with helpful staff on weekdays.

Impressive selection of tiles, particularly marble mosaics at reasonable prices. Yan was very helpful with advice and service. They'll even make custom orders from the factory in China (as we did with our herringbone pattern marble tiles). The only drawback was the long lead time for these to be delivered and clear customs (not unexpected), and that some of the delivered tiles were scuffed and blemished (luckily we were able to hide these in inconspicuous areas). Nevertheless, they offer great value and the unique ability to make custom orders without spending a fortune.

Nazim, in addition to being very friendly and personable, offers great deals on good quality (mostly natural stone) tiles; by cutting out middle men and dispensing with a massive showroom, he can offer deals that the big stores (CIOT, Olympia, etc) can't touch.

Very professional, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. These guys are the real deal - they believe in customer service and went the extra mile to make our move smooth as silk. The guys went above and beyond by moving my behemoth Sub Zero fridge into place with no fuss (had been displaced into the living room during our reno). In the end, they came in under the estimated cost and were honest in saying so. Thanks to Arby, Anil and the crew...I won't bother looking elsewhere for subsequent moves.
