I am in the HVAC field for many years. I found the enthusiasm and workmanship of the two technicians were outstanding. When I asked them about little details, Scott, the senior technician answered my questions with interest and without hesitation. He would make a great spokesperson for J. Kelly's Heating! The company ethics were also outstanding. It was discovered by Kelly's Heating that the furnace just installed was not the model I ordered but one step down. The average layperson, cannot tell the difference. However, Neil Kelly called and rectified the mistake the next day. The furnace was exchanged with the correct model and was reinstalled with the same great attention to detail. There was also a minor issue about thermostat wiring and Neil Kelly addressed it immediately. For a change, I had a pleasant experience! Great company and will recommend to others. Sherman
