Called Stephen in the morning as my troughs were spilling over and had excess debris. He was able to juggle his schedule and come by during lunch to clean them out. When he arrived, he noticed an issue with one of the troughs and took some extra time to go get a part for me and repair it. Once complete, he sent over pictures of the completed work as I was at the office when he finished. Punctual, honest, hard working and very helpful. I will use Stephen's services again in a heartbeat!

Darrell from Quest Electric took a $400 deposit from me. He took a deposit and said he was having trouble booking an ESA agent because they were all on course (not true). When confronted, he said he spent the money and could repay me but would do the work if I called the ESA and booked an inspection on his behalf (which I found out was illegal). He refused to pay me back and I had to go with a different service. AVOID at all costs!!!
