This has been the worst experience of my life. It statred with poor customer service at the decor center where they care more to get you to upgrade than explain things that are necessary for a fist time home buyer. Once we moved the real problems started with the 30 day list and the 1 year list. The customer service reps that are supposed to come and fix stuff are lazy and have no idea how to fix things properly. The customer service manager (Rob) does not have 1 ounce of knowledge of how to talk to people and is rude and refuses to help you out. If I could go back and buy from another builder I would do so in a heartbeat but now all I am left with is a house with creaky stairs and extemley poor craftsmanship. If you want poorly constructed home and 2 years dealing with unprofessional people and laziness...go ahead and but your home from Primont Homes but if you want this to be a fun experience I would recommend looking at other builders.
