An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We needed a company to demolish our 1950's cottage which was a 1000sqft. single level and had not been lived in for 3years. Mike and his team did a great job of surveying the property and doing the environmental report (DSR) in there report they found that there was mold and asbestos wrapped pipes. They did an exceptional job on the removal of the mold and asbestos. They arrived on time each day, worked very hard and completed the removal, demo and cleaned-up of the house and surrounding area in two weeks. I would highly recommend the Accu-Star team to anyone .
