An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I just wanted to tell you how pleased my husband and I were with the job your company did for us this fall. We had widened our driveway, replaced the front step and had a walkway poured that went from the front & around the side of our house, so it was quite extensive. If everything wasn’t exactly as we had envisioned it originally, the people we dealt with were willing to accommodate us to the best of their ability. They were very professional & courteous, even down to the workmen that came each day to complete it. I found they were friendly & if we had questions, they answered them & were very informative. The time period we were given was exactly as described so there were no surprises. I feel it has given our home a very clean & fresh appearance & has increased the value of our property significantly.
