I have purchased several appliances from Home Depot and none have lasted longer than a couple years. Beyond the manufactures limited warranty, it is cheaper to buy new appliances than have them repaired.
Purchase of furniture and appliances
We have purchased several home appliances and furniture pieces from the Brick. Sales staff has been pleasant and eager to serve. Unfortunatley,our lazyboy mechanisim broke over 10 months ago. We have called several times and have been told the part is being shipped from overseas. The service dept doesn't seem to follow through with calls or parts lookup. This item was purchased with an extended warranty.
