I had an amazing move with John and team. I called with fairly short notice and he squeezed me into his schedule. They were on time and very efficient and the friendliest bunch you will ever meet!! They wrapped all my furniture so it didn't get dirty during the move, or while in storage and very careful not to damage the elevators/building. I have already booked them for my next move, out of storage and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

My custom handle fell off my freezer. This isn’t something they would normally do but Jessie went above and beyond his normal duties and took both my fridge and freezer doors off so we could reattach and tighten the handles. He also replaced my gasket and cleaned the condenser coils and showed me how I could do it myself next time. He was very patient with my requests and did an amazing job!! Thank you Jessie!!

Open Sesame was very quick to answer my call. They came and fixed my garage door at the on phone quoted cost. But also replace the side cables for me at no extra cost as they looked pretty worn out. I was very happy with their service and expertise and would gladly use them again. Thank you.

Our bathroom pipe burst and water flooded everywhere. Aviv came very quickly to fix the pipe and also fixed another one that looked like it was ready to go as well, which would have cost us a lot more as it flooded downstairs, through the floor. I'm thankful we only had to do this once and that they were very quick and easy to work with. Thank you!!!
