This company spends a fortune on SEO and has mastered the promise of same-day repair. All to quickly entice suckas like us. They operate under a number of different names. There are many customers with eerily similar complaints. In retrospect we have significant concerns about this. They charge $80 to show up, then quote you $300 for quickly diagnosed mumbo-jumbo "repairs" that take five minutes. Then they explain to you that you need a $500 part. Which if you disagree to, still leaves you on the hook for hundred of dollars of "service". The technician quickly pockets the money and leaves. When you call them back to complain about the shell game they initially refuse to refund your money...eventually escalating to token amounts that are intended to stop you from complaining to authorities. This experiences makes me lose faith in the world.
