Bathroom finishing/ Baseboard heater/ Kitchen faucet replacement
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Mehmet of GVA Plumbing & Heating Ltd. rescued us in the middle of a bathroom renovation gone bad. We had been abandoned with no plumbing fixtures installed and without a shower for two weeks. Our tile contractor called Mehmet. He came over within a couple of hours and our shower and sink were up and running that afternoon! He returned once the painter was done to install the toilet, researched a solution for a dented rusty baseboard heater cover that was cost effective and installed a kitchen shut off valve and new faucet. His work was done in a timely, efficient, tidy manner. He was very pleasant and communicative. He was thoughtful of our needs and budget. His costs were more than fair, working out to less than 1/2 of what Lewis Mechanical Group Ltd. quoted (and they charged $82.95 for their quote). Mehmet quotes for no charge.
