An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
As a first time home buyer it was very important for us to get a home inspection. This allowed us to find any faults with the property, whether it be minor or major. Adam provided instructions on which repairs should have the highest priority. He was very detailed with what to check for and informative. He was also very honest with his findings and reassured us that every house needs minor repairs here and there, and everything found during the inspection is nothing to be concerned about because they can be easily repaired.
