I arranged to have the work done by bill smith on my cottage on Friday November 15 but he never showed up. I drove 2 and 1/2 hours to get to the cottage and even called him the day before to confirm so that I didn't waste a vacation day and the gas for the round trip. Bill came recommended by a neighbour and I made sure the neighbour knows about this.

Peter was able to explain things to me in plan English, showed up on time, stayed within estimate, and gave me advise on avoiding future problems with the technology. With certainly use him again if needed.
