Yuri helped us out greatly. He showed up on time and was very thorough in his review(several hours). He pointed out several things that needed to be addressed that we did not notice ourselves andgave us many pointers on potential improvements we can make to ensure the house stays in good condition. He took the time to answer any questions we had with respect to the inspection and general home questions as well (as this was our first house). In addition he was available for follow up questions via the phone when necessary. In addtition, his findings gave us leverage to save money on the purchase price well in excess of his fee! We highly recommend him for future home inspections.
