This is the second time we use Canada Furnace. The previous one we had a very pleasant experience with them, Steve came to our place to discuss our needs always in a very easy and open way with out pushing for a brand but making suggestions based on our needs and budget. The installation was the best part, I called to reschedule installation due to an emergency trip, Steve talked to me and sugest to keep the instal going he mentioned they have a very professional team plus always have a manager or senior supervisor in place to check all will be going according to the quote and up to the code, I accepted. The came and in one day installed the furnace and tankless water heater, they were very professional and clean, Robin lead the installation and was in charge in this smooth installation. I am sure they had big challenges to complete it but never bother my family to solved them they simply did it, I called a couple of times during my trip to see how the things were going and found no problem at all. For the second time with out thinking we chose Canada Furnace to bring a heat pump, replace furnace and water heater at the end we also instal mini-split air conditioning system. We ended with a very nice heating and air conditioning configuration at the best price for the most quite and efficient equips and on top of that part of this was financed. Thanks to all Canada Furnace team, Steve, Robin, Alicia, both Ryans and all the crew your are the best.

We needed to run wire for a new induction range, after searching Home Stars web site for electricians we found Hot Electric being one of the most highly rated. Paul came to inspect the site to quote and he made several cleaver and important recommendations based on what we mention about future renovations. He offered to source all the material too. When we received the quote we saw it was fair compared against others we got. Paul brought some samples of the materials and parts he proposed and also they were best in quality and price compared whit what you can find at common home repairs retailers. We are very happy with all the job done so far by Paul his partners (Tristan and Martin) and the rest of the team, they were very professional, clean and easy to deal with. We also replace our old base board heaters with new cutting edge convection heaters proposed by Paul, we are very happy with this new equipment it is friendly with our kids (no more dry noses and over heating rooms). Paul proposals for exhaust fans were perfect, top notch equipments better priced than internet if you are able to find them. We for sure will use again Hot Electric and absolutely recommend them.

Two days after we took possession of our new home we had a leak at the kitchen sink, it was a Friday afternoon when I started to look for a plumber over the Home Stars web site and based on the reviews we decided to call three companies. Two of them were very busy and were not able to make room for us during the weekend, Justin from JJ Custom Plumbing said over the phone that he could be able to come Saturday check the leak and see if he can repair it or should make some temporary fix and finish during the next week. He came Saturday made the temporary fix and get back next week to finish it. We were very pleased with his willingness to do the job right and at the least possible cost, this lead us to ask for a quote to replace all poly B pipes in our home. We had other quotes for this poly B replacement, they were not the cheapest but also not the highest but based on our nice experience with them we decided do it with them. We were amazed with the professional job they did, Justin brought his partner Zack and both help us to go through this complicated process very easily. I read a lot about the poly B problems, the insurance companies were not willing to insure if we do not replace poly B but we were lucky to find Zack and Justin they are truly poly B experts they did an amazing job always worried to replace pipes in a very cleaver ways to avoid opening to much wall and always worried about being able to keep using the services while they were working. We absolutely recommend this team, they are the best plumbing professionals with the right rates for a truly professional job. They are helping us right now with other small projects.
