We discovered some mould in the attic upon a home inspection and Alex came out to assess the situation. He was on time, friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Due to the nature of our situation, he was able to accommodate our need to have the mould removed quickly, even if it meant doing it himself! I was so impressed at how quickly he replied to email, even one message that I sent after 9pm was addressed within the hour! The team that arrived was fantastic as well.
