i had shingles that flew off the roof from the winds and was nervous about calling in a roofer but then we started having leaks. I had three places I needed looked at. they showed up when they said they would the first place they were even able to show me what the animals had done to the rubber around one of the exhausts and had supply to replace it and examined the roof and fixed the missing shingles. so far so good. Second place was a tall two story, same they examined it and it just needed a couple of shingles and they fixed it and we have not had any issues. the third place they were able to put the soffet back that had flown off but were able to show me the roofing had not been done well which is why we had been having issues, they even showed me the previous repair i had done and how poor it was. they were honest in that the repairs would end up really costly on the roof and we needed to think about replacing it. they did not just charge for repairs that would not sustain anyway like the other roofers that were more than happy to do so a year ago. their prices were comparable and fair and they knew what they were doing. would call them back when its time to put a new roof on the third house.

I called out to get a gas line put in (Nick jumped out because he had the same name as my brother), had to call him. So glad I did. His price was comparable to the other prices, but he spent the time really helping me understand the hard pipe vs flex (although flex was cheaper with all the estimates) I really did not want to add one more thing to the inside of the house to hurt the air due to sensitivities. He completely understood and did not try to talk me into it. He arranged to come in quickly knowing with the kitchen Reno really needed to get the stove working. His work looks great, even painted the pipe so it is barely even noticeable. Both him and the other gentleman were very polite. They set up the stove tested it and even gave me information, especially to let the oven cook with nothing first... I would not have thought of that. Definitely adding to my list of go to calls in the future or referrals. Thank you Nick and Team... first night in weeks we were able to have a real meal where everyone had a warm plate... of course kids ordered pancakes or crepes... they really were tastier off the gas stove ...

I did a lot of research and knew from my research the cellulose was what I wanted from an environment to the fact that rodents had no interest in in to the fact if there was a leak less likely to mold, and finally it was safe to be in the house and not have to vacate it for 24hrs (like foam) I had booked with another company, but as the days were getting closer to I still had questions and could not get ahold of them to ask. I called Eco and spoke to the owner/manger and he took the time to answer all my questions and more. The 2 gentleman showed up, Brandon did an attic inspection (I was having some condensation issues from a recent Reno so was a bit concerned), they put baffles in all the rafters and then blew in the insulation. Really easy to talk to, answered all my questions. Cleaned up after they were done, as if never were here. There was an immediate difference. Now my daughter says her room is too warm .. hopefully in the summer it will be nice and cool...unlike the opposite we have had over the last few years. Have already recommended to a friend.

We wanted shaker doors and went to HD, the display doors were nice and Smooth. We needed 3 with casements and 2 without. My contractor spent 2 hrs on each door rather 15minutes. The hinge cutouts did not match the casement to the door. They were to be machine cutout and the edges were all ragged done by amateurs, also bought the primed BIG MISTAKE. they did not sand the casements, there were chips in some of the doors, they just sprayed the paint, in some cases did not even bother taking the sticker off (3rd pic) first. The casement wasn't even put together. Brand new doors, contractor had to rework all the hinge cutouts and now trying to sand it is a challenge due to already being painted. They look like used doors trying to be recycled rather than NEW doors. 7 extra hours of contractors time and who knows how many of ours to get them sanded smooth. should have just purchased not primed better yet should have gone with another company. I have complained with pics to HD waiting for reply. Not even worth 1/2 of what I paid for them.

The cartridge on the tub faucet had been broken and someone tried to glue it on so the cartridge was stuck to the hose. Simple job but we wanted a plumber to do it incase the hose leaked. His team was there within the week, reasonable price and Gagen, who was the plumber was quick, resourceful and very nice (according to my tenant) she was impressed and very happy. He showed up within the time frame and fixed it and even cleaned up. Would use again.

Leak in roof above bathroom, due to fans and rotten wood. Nick and Luis firstly called me back within 24 hrs (which many companies waited days) and then came out to see the problem, the vents needed replacement so did a temporary fix as it was scheduled to rain, and came back about a week later to replace, fast and efficient and just nice guys (bit of a sarcastic humour from Nick which works for me) good guys and seem to truly stand behind their word. Would call again for any other properties .
