We had a leaky roof deck that finally got repaired! Arthur came in the winter (when melted snow leaked and destroyed a laptop) and patched it up. Arthur patiently explained what needs to be done (in warmer temperature), provided a detailed quote and did not pressure us in anyway. When it came time to schedule and perform the work, the whole team was helpful, prompt, hardworking and professional. We have no qualms about recommending Arthur and the team and are glad to have found this good, trustworthy & reliable company for our future roofing needs (but hopefully not too many needs)! The team, led by Ricky, was tremendous. Starting from the initial inquiry call to completion of the job, Ricky and his team made what could otherwise be a stressful and long day a much less unpleasant experience. Though our move involved moving from a 4-storey home to another one, there was nary a compliant by anyone during the day, constantly going up and down stairs. The team (I would have liked to mention each person by name, but of course, I didn't write it down and have now forgotton, sorry to the rest of the guys!) was truly professional and very friendly all day, and took pains with our stuff, making sure to wrap everything. We will definitely be using them again in our future move. Great job, guys and thanks again!

Our recommendation of Drainworks is because of their promptness and professionalism in service. They snaked our backed-up shower drain quickly and the technicians (Mike and Eric) wore booties and cleaned up the bathroom with disinfectant before they left. Jean-Paul was courteous and informative on the phone in providing quotes, options and in setting up the appointment. Keep up the great work!

Davey Tree was responsive from the initial consultation/quote stage to the actual work day. The crew (Sebestian & Mike) were professional and courteous and took care to listen to our needs and concerns before starting work. They clearly paid attention as well, as the job was well done and was what we had hoped for. For the day, they were diligently working away and cleaned up everything afterwards. All in all, a pleasant experience and a big thank you!

Marcella at Cameo did our re-design and she did a great job. The cabinets are well-made and the installation was done professionally. The only reason this is not a 10-rating is because Cameo has dropped the ball a little bit in fixing one of the pieces (at no cost), in terms of the time it has taken. All in all, would recommend for someone lookoing for a nice kitchen redesign and reno.

After doing the obligatory shopping around and visiting different showrooms, we found Caplans to have the best combination of competitive prices and good service. Nancy at Caplans was quite helpful and we are (knock on wood) pleased with our purchases (it's been just under 6 months) with no issues.
