The service was very good and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Did his job in explaining his notes on the furnace. One improvement I would suggest to the company is that if they were going to be late, they should call the client up so that the client doesn't have to and is left wondering if they will be coming or not. Common courtesy.
