We needed to repair the foundation of our old home. We needed to buy several bags of mortar and source some bricks. We visited Leathertown lumber and was able to buy the mortar, however they did not have the bricks. Luckily they were able to put us in contact with a local brick maker who helped us find what we needed. We were very satisfied with Leathertown lumber and their staff. Very friendly! We will be going back for our future projects.

I needed to grab some white paint for my son's bedroom. I had already picked up some free paint from the Halton Hills paint reuse site in Milton, and I just needed the white paint for the ceiling. The staff at Home Hardward is extremely nice and very helpful. I was very happy with their service. I even joined their paint club because I felt I was going to be painting more rooms in my home in the near future.

I had to grab some water softener salt for our home. I like this Home Depot because it is just off the highway 401, easy to get to in a winter storm. I had a hard time finding the salt, and had to ask for help. Eventually I found it at the cash, which to me, was a strange place to put it. Until I found out it was over 20kg, then I was happy it was close to the exit.
