We were able to get an appointment with Mark within a few days of calling and he came by with lots of samples in the style that we discussed over the phone. By the end of the week two installers came and made quick work of the job. I appreciated that Mark explained the job in detail, he went over what to expect with regards to installation around the radiator etc. He was very thorough. We also appreciated that we were able to have the cut off piece edged so not to waste it. Highly recommend for excellent service from start to finish.

What a complete waste of money. If only my hubby had checked the reviews before calling. The technician came to "fix" the dishwasher. He had trouble diagnosing the problem and said he would go and research at home, even though we had the manual handy for him. We stupidly paid the service fee and then never heard back from him. We have called a dozen times, only to be told he is busy or "sleeping". Unbelievably unprofessional. We were mislead. This is a completely useless company that makes their profit by sending someone to your house for a few minutes to collect a fee for doing absolutely nothing. Do not use this company if you like to keep your hard earned dollars. What a sham.

Speedy garage doors is everything the name says. I called because our old door would no longer open and we wanted to have a belt power opener. And of course we wanted it done ASAP. Every company I called said it would be at least 2-6 weeks for the installation. Tim came by on the same day I called to measure and show me the options on doors in stock. Two days later we had a perfect quiet power belt garage door, with extra lights in the power box which was an added bonus. Tim worked methodically, he obviously has a lot of experience and he took away all the debris and old door. The price was very fair and we couldn't be happier with how great the new door looks and performs. I would highly recommend this company, and I plan on doing the door over at my mothers house too. Terrific work.

DrainCity left a huge mess outside in the front of my home where they dug to replace a small piece of plastic pipe. The service technician never came back to clear it up even though I sent pictures of the mess and was told they would come back and make it right. There was gravel and mud mixed up and left for months in a pile to freeze in the winter temps. After numerous calls and emails i finally gave up and asked another contractor to remove the rubble. I would not recommend them for this reason. The customer service is sub par at best. We felt completely ripped off for over $2000.

When choosing a company to install frameless glass shower enclosures you don't want to fool around and get shoddy work, so don't worry if you are paying a couple hundred dollars more, it will be well worth it. Frank and his team emulate a company where quality and efficiency is the key to their success from what I can see. I called on a Tuesday within 7 days I had my beautiful new glass shower door, and it makes such an incredible impact in our small washroom. Frank even helped me coordinate the surprise for my fiancé, from the day of measurements up to the installation day where the crew paitiently waited for over an hour outside while I got soon to be hubby out of the house. Flawless work from start to finish, worth every penny. Can't wait to do our upstairs bathroom with Doors and More.
