I called Soroush after I’d been left waiting for weeks, for another contractor to begin my shower Reno. Soroush put me at ease from the start. He came by within a couple days of my call to assess what needed doing, what I needed to purchase, a cost estimate for the labour, and a estimated start time which was about a week away. I was blown away after dealing with my last guy. His team began gutting my old shower on a Wed and completed the installation of base, porcelain tiles, glass doors by the evening the following Monday as promised. (they worked thru the weekend). They were as clean as they could be with drywall etc. They put down tarps on the floors & plastic on the furniture to avoid as much dust as possible - which was much appreciated, and then did a major cleanup with shop-vac, taking away all the garbage. Soroush gave us an estimate and completed the job on budget. Shower is very nice. We are very satisfied and definitely will be giving him our business again.

I called steve late evening on a Wednesday and a half hour later he was at my place assessing the situation. If he hadn't come I would have done laundry and flooded my basement. I had a clogged trap outside because my backwater valve had closed and no clean out. We stopped all use of water at his request. His men were at my house early next morning and by mid afternoon I had working drains again. He patiently explained, more than once to me what needed to be done and I get it now. I will definitely be calling Steve again when I have plumbing/drain issues. I live in Toronto now, not Etobicoke - that was my old place.
