Paul and Patrick came to my home on November 6 ('13) to help me with some touch ups, since I'm in the process of selling my condo. I am telling you, I asked if there was somewhere besides Google reviews I would be able to send a testimonial too! These two guys, rock. I asked for 3-4 hours of their time, I'm on a tight budget. Not only did they tackle everything I was looking to get patched and painted, but they also managed to observe and repair things I didn't notice...plus, I live here! Occupied units are challenging but can be done correctly with minimal distruption to our clients. We start and finish area's of the house the same day and return that area to our clients. We map out a strategy before hand and keep in constant communication with our clients before , during and afterwards with a follow up check in. Happy clients are repeat clients!
