I had Mark from Reliance Home Comfort come out to work on a few plumbing issues today (February 13th). This isn't the first time Mark has been here to my house. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He has been able to fix plumbing issues in my house that other servicemen were unable to fix. I am extremely happy with his plumbing knowledge and level of service. Reliance is very lucky to have such a great employee working for them and he should definitely be given a commendation.!

I recently had a new air conditioner system installed in my house but the next day my washer and dryer would not work. My Fireplace sent Ian M. over to find and fix the problem. Ian worked diligently until he discovered and resolved the problem with the electrical panel. I would recommend Ian for his commitment to resolving the problem. Ian is an asset to My Fireplace and they are lucky to have such a great employee.

George Dalal is the specialist who installed my new system. He has been working at Reliance Protectron for a long time now, and has worked in my house on many occasions. He is a fantastic service worker and I have never had a problem with him. He finished his job quickly and is well versed in the systems and what he has to do so I am always happy with his work. He is an excellent addition to the Reliance Protectron team, and I would like to commend him for his great work!

I would like to write a commendation for Justin of Legendary Exteriors. I have had problems with a leaking skylight since it was first installed, and even more problems trying to get this situation fixed. I have had several people/and or companies that I have paid in the past to fix this problem, and was not successful in this endeavor until I hired Legendary Exteriors to do this job. When Justin went up on my roof to look at the problem and give me an estimate, he told me that my skylight was never flashed and that this was the problem for my skylight leaking. Other "supposed" roofers were unable to see this problem, in spite of their working in the business. I would think that flashing around a skylight would be pretty elementary, but apparently it is not. In any event, Justin came back several days later armed with metal flashing which he attached to the sides of my skylight, and so far I have not had a leak yet. It appears that finally my problem is solved. I was also told by Justin that he guaranteed his work, and if there were any additional leakage problems to call him and he would fix the situation. You can't get better than that, so thank you Justin of Legendary Exteriors for your help in this situation. I not only recommend you, but you will also be the first person I call for any additional roofing needs!

The repairman (Jason #1342) was excellent! He got to the root of the problem very quickly, fixed my furnace, and stayed there long enough to make sure it would continue working. My house was freezing, but thanks to his excellent work, and going above and beyond the call of duty, this man got my furnace up and running again and heat restored to my home. I was very grateful for this man's help, as he was not only very knowledgeable about my furnace, he was also a pleasure to talk to and clearly a very personable man. Thank you Reliance for sending me one of your best men for the job!

I had Home Comfort Advisor Murray Stark to my house to give me a proposal for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Reliance. I was very happy with the proposal, and was given all the tools necessary to make a decision. If and when I decide to go ahead with this project, I will give the job to Murray because he was precise and I liked the fact that he left no stone unturned in making sure I knew everything about the costs involved. Thanks Murray for such a great presentation, I appreciated your high standards, product knowledge and integrity! Dave Hamilton
