We had all our windows on two stories replaced by Windows By Installer. The crew was here early in the morning and left when the last window was in place. They cleaned up as they went so there was little disruption to our household. The windows came with a lifetime warranty and I can tell you that they stand behind that warranty! We had one window that had a seal problem, called the company and a repairman came out the next day to repair it, at no cost to us. Our patio door also had a problem with the same results. Even though the work we had done was over two years ago, I would definitely recommend Windows by Installer.
