Quick response ,polite and knowledgeable technician--fast clean service--just wish it had cost less. Have had service from them before and was very satisfied. That is why I called them again

The first call was for a non working furnace. The technician (Raffi) found the initial problem quickly(flame sensor ) The sensor was just cleaned - not replaced. After reassembly there was still a problem and it turned out to be a leaf in the intake pipe screen--I had trouble even seeing it . The 2nd visit was a thorough cleaning/maintenance call(had not been serviced for several years. He explained all that was done and why as I watched. A most courteous and capable tech. I was very happy with the quality of the service and the technician who did it
